🧹 Marketing Monday: Winter Gutter Strategy (Free Template)
Happy Marketing Monday. How’s winter treating everyone?
We were iced in here for most of last week, which pretty much shut us down. My “office” is the garage, and when it’s below freezing… productivity gets interesting. Add seven kids in the house and video recording becomes a lost cause 😅
That said, I still had some solid thinking time, and I want to share something useful.
Winter is usually slow, so instead of spending cash, I try to spend energy. One of the most necessary winter services, especially before storms, has always been gutter cleaning.
So I built a simple winter strategy:
- A “Before the Next Storm Hits” gutter cleaning message
- A matching postcard / door hanger design
- A landing page so I can actually track responses instead of guessing
