If you have outstanding quotes from last week, make sure to call them and convert them into closed contracts.
Do’s:
- Call and do closes like “ Calling to get you on the schedule”
- Negotiate with verbiage like “between $0 and the price I gave, what price can you do”
- Get commitment from clients and overcome objections
Don’t:
- Say “I’m following up”
- Customer says not now or no, don’t say okay, ask “why” (overcome the objections)
- Not follow up with clients and pray they’ll call back
Monday is when the pace is set for the week. Make sure you start off strong 💪
