@Rogelio Rangel there’s a bunch of downloadable online but for me personally: 1. Roof 2. Foundation 3. MEP Systems These 3 are where I see people break the bank the most, especially if you have to upgrade all MEP or any foundational work. Framing, drywall, painting, kitchen/Bath you can always cost engineer but those 3 you need to have a deep understanding of full cost. Does that help or do you want me to break it down further?

For all estimates I’ve always used jobber, there are take off softwares and others that are great for different functions.

@April Smalls take detailed pictures and measurements of everything. Calculate your prices for everything you can bid comfortably and then send out bids for the things you can’t (roofs, HVAC, Electrical, ETC)
