I am gearing up to create my next extended Course, what would be better for you, Mindset and leadership training to keep your running strong, or Project Management best practices for smooth projects?

I’ve really been reflecting on my process on how I do business and I recently got so much work going back on old leads I gotten from thumbtack or angis and called them back and they couldn’t a month ago but now they can. How can I use jobber to create a sales pipeline that tracks all clients and create campaigns that can follow up with them so I don’t have to constantly call or text them and come off as a needy or pushy business?

How does everyone go about figuring out to price things I know there’s things like Angi and etc but they always give a range so it’s hard to understand what I should price something

Some of you guys are very experienced. Just wanna know before you got your first job. What did you market? Like I’ve done ads and ideally you know I know it takes a while. I’m getting traffic through my website, but I’m not generating any leads? I’ve already started to try to get myself ranked on Google by getting reviews from people. I have work with in the past for a company I worked for. But other than that any ideas?

Homeowner wanted me to drop my price. Because she preferred to do business with me, but she had got quoted for somebody else for less. Definitely didn’t, but as a person that hasn’t received any clients yet. I do wonder if I charged too much. For this particular project, I am confident that I didn’t. It was a countertop replacement and she wanted to overhang. She wanted to only pay about 1500 for labor and materials plus you wanted those stone to be fabricated. But, sometimes I do question myself
