Bad bugs, bad bugs, what you gonna do when Ayurveda comes for you
This Sunday's class will be extra important to attend. Between the extreme heat spreading across the northern hemisphere and the current health crisis of the cyclospora parasite, I decided to add a bonus conversation to this month's cooking class. Initially, the focus was going to be all about hydration and it still will be.
In addition to the importance of hydration, I'll be sharing tips on how to improve your digestion and immunity against the risk of pathogen exposures. Ayurveda calls pathogens (viruses, parasites, bacteria, etc) as Krimis or bad bugs.
Of course, this conversation is not a replacement to seeing a doctor or following modern medical interventions. It's meant to help support your health, through knowledge, prevent and recovery.
Make sure to become a premium member (if you aren't already) to join the conversation.
