Brush Shapes
Marketing says you need 50 brushes. You really need 10. Synthetic bristles don't absorb product (great for creams); Natural hair has cuticles that pick up powder (great for blending shadows). If you could only use THREE brushes for a whole face, which ones would you pick?

Silicones vs. Water-Based Foundations
It’s basic chemistry: oil and water don’t mix. If you use a water-based moisturizer and a silicone-based foundation, the silicone will eventually "slip" off the water layer, causing separation on the nose and chin. Check your ingredients: Dimethicone = Silicone. Aqua = Water. Go check your makeup bag right now. Drop a comment below with your favorite primer and foundation combo—let’s audit them to see if they are chemically compatible!
The Art of Depotting
-  Carrying 20 glass foundation bottles is bad for your back and travel fees. Use a metal spatula and low heat to depot, but warning: Baked powders (dome shape) will break if depotted. Only depot flat pans or creams! - Post a photo in the comments of the "messiest" part of your kit. We won't judge—we're here to fix it!
