You think you’re safe because you still get a paycheck?

You're not secure — you’re just next.
They’re still squeezing value out of you.
Still smiling while you clock in early and stay late.
Still tossing you “culture bonuses” and pizza parties
So you don’t notice the trap door being built right under your feet.
And while they’re quietly cutting costs?
You’re fantasizing about “retirement.”
Let’s break that down:
🚨RETIRED:
You know where else they use that word?
Tires.
Tech.
Weapons.
Anything that’s been shelved. Discontinued. No longer useful.
