I planned to go through the exercise you taught last night, just want to make sure I understand it correctly. Thought it best to post here so everyone can chime in and/or see. 1) We recognize the fear we are battling with.
2) List any possible negative thought that is attached to that fear.
3) Replace each negative thought attached to the fear with a solution.
Is that correct? Did I miss anything?
