It’s no secret we believe in rest days around here. In fact, we strongly encourage them. With that said, however, rest days can and will look different for many of you. We’re all at different places in our journey, and there are many different variables that go into determining what your rest days look like. 💯
Maybe you forgo strength training, but decide to swim or take a hike. Maybe you take a long walk (or three shorter ones for blood sugar stabilization). Again, your rest day might look different than someone else's, but the overall point is that you take a day to give your muscles (and your mind) a solid break.
