Hey ladies, I'm really excited for our first challenge of the year. I was watching James Clear author of Atomic Habits on Mel Robbins's YouTube today. When I created the R.E.S.E.T. wellness guide I was thinking about the principles he outlined in his book. We often get caught up in the "goal" or outcome vs starting with sustainable habits or foundation. I truly believe that this Jan Challenge will be a game changer in how you approach your health and wellness ✨️
