Maybe it's you, maybe it's your kids...we all know someone who spend a liiiiittle too much time scrolling.
This app is really good and I'll be adding it to the BB40 course content:
My partner (a self-professed phone addict) LOVES it - says it's made a huge difference.
It's clever in that it allows user-guided limits on phone use - helps meter usage by allowing the user to set their own limits on 1, how often they can open an app in a day, 2. how much time they can spend on it and 3. it even gives a pop-up warning asking "do you really want to open this app?" when one goes to mindlessly reach for their social media feed again...
I think most kids and adults-in-the-last-hour-before-bed can probably benefit from this!
