ABLE account
I’m 55. Started receiving SSDI at 53. I know ABLE account is now 46 years old. I’ve had Crohn’s since I was 28. In my early 40s it progressed and I still worked even though it was not easy. I had an obstruction at 47 and at 50 a resection, but issues before then. It is well documented in my medical records all this time of trying many different meds, being anemic, etc. Am I eligible to apply for an ABLE account even SSDI didn’t start officially until 53?
