Happy Sunday everyone! Just want to send this out to remind all of you athletes that what you are doing now will benefit you in the Spring! Want to beat out that senior for a starting job on varsity? Now is the time. Want to stand out for college coaches? Out work everyone right now.
Take advantage of now so you are prepared in the Spring. I have seen so many athletes take the fall and winter to go through the motions, and come Jan/Feb they panic to get ready as fast as possible.
Dominate the weight room right now. If you want to make adjustments with your swing, now is the time to start so you have a feel for it by the time spring practice rolls around.
Get ahead of everyone else now to dominate the Spring!
