How many of you practice active listening?
Not just listening or waiting your turn.
Not thinking about your response while the other person is talking.
I mean deliberately repeating back key words, phrases, or ideas to make sure you understood correctly.

Where do you use it most: work, relationships, sales, coaching, leadership, or somewhere else?
