Does my mom need to be in this community to join the Saturday call?
My mom wants to see our talks on Saturday. She is SUPER excited. I have the Zoom link. Does she need to be on Skool to be there and/or to vote? 🤓
Loving this community
The thing I love most about this community isn't the advice. It's the action. Everyone is posting videos. Everyone is practicing. Everyone is willing to be a beginner in public. That's rare. Most people wait until they're confident before they start. The people who grow the fastest start before they feel ready. It's inspiring to watch so many people doing the work.👏
I've watched every single signature talk
Yesterday I had a long day in the car, traveling from the Netherlands to Norway for a training camp. 🚗🇳🇴 I challenged myself to watch every single signature talk (all 23😳), and post a comment. 💻 And I succeeded in that! ✅ I've seen a lot, and I'm really proud of all the time and energy put into SKOOLx from everyone. I've seen great things! Energy, calmness, confidence, great communication skills and much more... 😃👊 I would like to encourage everyone to comment on their 5 personal favourites. And maybe that's me...😉 👉 https://forms.gle/bbqBf65BFVQaqvmP7 👈 Besides that I want to compliment @Ben Sherry and @Lucas Reuterstig for organising this amazing SKOOLx competition. 👌 @Dani Rosenblad James @Björn Hagemann @Emma Fábryová bryová @Wolfram Grohnert nert @Doa Kaptan n @Rodrigo Rios @Vernon Foster r @Kevin Pagan n Pagan @Sungsoo Choi oo Choi @Fredrik Lyngmark @John Doorbar oorbar @Subhan Nair @Éva Raposa sa @Janet Little @Sam Dunlop @Semih Yalap lap @Amir Salemi @Danny Hansen sen @Harrison Angwin @Tony Mulligan @Lindsay Bruce @Craig Gauvreau uvreau @Jutta Wohlrab Wohlrab @Jim Jenkins nkins @Ayu Masruroh ruroh @Justin Yip @Lucas Reuterstig rstig @Ben Sherry erry
🙂 Have you voted yet?
I just did. I told myself I wouldn't vote until I watched every single talk and knew for sure the ones that spoke to my heart and felt they most belonged in the mix. This was a HARD choice. Truly! Wishing you all the best with this if you entered + if you didn't and have the time, I highly recommend checking out some of the talks + voting. It closes in just about 4 hours! - Voting Form + - ALL the talks are here (just skip the posts by @Ben Sherry and @Lucas Reuterstig --> they're there to encourage us but didn't add talks to be voted on)
What is your experience like with active listening?
Quick question: How many of you practice active listening? Not just listening or waiting your turn. Not thinking about your response while the other person is talking. I mean deliberately repeating back key words, phrases, or ideas to make sure you understood correctly. It's one of the simplest communication skills I've ever learned, and one of the most powerful. If you practice it, I'd love to hear: Where do you use it most: work, relationships, sales, coaching, leadership, or somewhere else?
