I can create total immersion by
- Focussing on the one skill and one skill only. The skill that it’s all about: Presenting skills. This means that every interaction is a chance to grow and learn.
- Planning my free time around the gain of knowledge and experience about the subject. Divide the time in order that it is well spend, in my case I should not linger to long on one subject, continue to the next after some time.
- Practise - reflect, practise - reflect, practise - reflect, etc.
I can create momentum by
- By creating a dopamine loop in the tendency to create a habit (like morning routines) (Book: " The power of habit") repetition of things that generates intermediate rewards but also generates more dopamine, just like the process of learning, sport training, early rising to start a day effectively etc.
- Play and dance in the moment, see if there are ways to generate more dopamine in my direct environment and for myself too…What would happens if I would tell this colleague of mine about my snowboarding experience in Switserland? How would he react?
- By taking a small new step every day, remembering that with every small step I get closer to my goals. Some days I won’t see any result, some days I will see massive results and then again I will just take another small step.
I can share my skills by
- Be around people that like the subjects I really like from the depth of my heart.
- Sharing and learning from each other by being in conversation with each other.
- By learning more and more about the subject and share what is so really interesting about it.
