What if the way we often interpret our struggles is not the only way to understand them? What if there is another way to read the evidence?

This was such a great challenge and learning experience. I really appreciate this opportunity. And I am very grateful to be part of the first ever SkoolX. I am sure there will be many more to come.

Since this the first ever SkoolX which I hope will be repeated, I would like to share my personal opinion as well. I agree with @Sam Dunlop 's perspective. In my opinion, for it to be on equal grounds an internal only voting would have been better. That way those who might have bigger audiences or networks would not get an advantage and and if people wanted more family friends to vote, they would need to sign up to the community. That way they would hopefully at least see the other speeches before voting, and maybe vote for others they think should move to the next round as well. Also sharing the voting form after everyone submitted/the doors closed would also be more fair grounds in my humble opinion. I love that the second round voring requires to be in the audience to be allowed to vote. Having said that, it is of course a lot of work and it needs to align with the organizers and the Community growth strategy as well. So thank for the consideration. And either way, this was a great opportunity and I really appreciate having joined it and the experience I gained by participating in it and watching others who have. So thanks for it all. I am sharing this as a feedback for future times.
Powerful Talks 💪
Two great SKOOLx Delivery Practice sessions full of powerful talks, helpful feedback, and good vibes! Congrats to @Wolfram Grohnert @Emma Fábryová @Sungsoo Choi @Björn Hagemann @Doa Kaptan @Vernon Foster @Éva Raposa for sharing their talks with us. Incredible variety in the delivery styles, topics, and experiences shared, yet all touched on themes that I felt were so relatable. It really shows how, at the end of the day, we're not all that different. Voting is open until 11:59pm Monday CET (the calendar event needs to add one more day). Click here to share your vote, and share this link with your contacts! Good luck to everyone! You're already winners in my eyes 😉 (corny, but true)!

Are You A Future Human?
The future is here right now and people are looking for other people. This talk reveals how the patterns we struggle with, our shadows, are actually the source of our greatest gifts, and why knowing ourselves more deeply is exactly what the world needs now. What's the hardest and easiest thing in the world? Tune in and find out! ~ Justin Encourager & Connector of People Tagging a few friends, colleagues, and people's talks that I watched: @Björn Hagemann , @Natalie Duncan, @Emma Fábryová, @Éva Raposa, @Harrison Angwin, @Tony Mulligan, @Ben Sherry, @Lucas Reuterstig, @Dani Rosenblad James

This speech gave a me the feeling of listening to a podcast. It has a lot of a podcast vibe to it. Do you possibly have a podcast?

The 3 am Phone Call No One Ever Wants To Have
I had to improvise on some of this video as I was travelling for a client. I had all the lights on in the hotel room. Discovered that my mic was dead. 🤦🏻‍♂️haha fun times. I'm on a mission to change how we talk about work place safety. Let’s try this again https://youtu.be/DSizOvVUwpU?si=sECX_w5oVai3_Fq5
