Hydration check in
Hydration Check-In We talk a lot about doing MORE for our health. More supplements. More workouts. More complicated routines. But sometimes our body is asking for something pretty basic: Water. 😂 Hydration is one of those simple habits that’s easy to overlook when life gets busy. So today’s Becoming challenge isn’t complicated. Before you start thinking about everything you should be doing for your health, start with something you can do today. Drink your water. Not perfectly. Not because you’re trying to win some imaginary wellness award. 😂 Just intentionally. And if plain water isn’t your favorite, find ways to make hydration something you’ll actually stick with. 💧 TODAY’S CHALLENGE: Pay attention to how much you’re drinking today and add one extra glass of water. Who is taking the challenge with me? 🙋‍♀️

We are unique
Where in your life are you doing something simply because it works for everyone else? That could move beyond wellness into calling, growth, expectations, and learning to pay attention to how God uniquely created and leads us.

Make room at the table
MAKE ROOM AT THE TABLE ❤️ Something happened this morning that I haven’t stopped thinking about. I met someone for coffee—well, she wanted good coffee and I had tea. ☕️🫖 But God had something much bigger planned than what we were drinking. While she was ordering, she met a young woman at the counter. A conversation started, and before long, that young woman was sitting at our table. She wasn’t part of the plan. But I believe she was part of God’s plan. We listened to her. We encouraged her. We shared pieces of our stories. And before she left, she said, “Let’s do this some more.” After she left, the conversation between the two of us continued—and it went even deeper. By the time I left, my head was spinning with everything we had talked about and how clearly I could see God moving through conversations that none of us could have orchestrated. And this is what I keep hearing: Make room at the table. We spend so much time asking God, “What is my purpose?” Maybe sometimes our purpose is already sitting across from us. Maybe becoming who God created us to be isn’t always about finding the next big assignment. Sometimes it’s noticing. Listening. Inviting. Encouraging. Making room. Hebrews 13:2 reminds us not to forget to show hospitality to strangers because we never really know what God may be doing through an encounter. TODAY’S BECOMING PRACTICE Think about the people God has placed around you lately. Is there someone you need to notice? Someone you need to invite into the conversation? Someone who needs encouragement? Someone who simply needs a seat at the table? And maybe the bigger question is: Are you leaving enough room in your life for God to interrupt your plans? 👇 Finish this sentence in the comments: “This week, I’m going to make room for __________.” You never know what God might do with an open seat. ❤️🙏

Protein and Strength
💪 Protein & Strength Where do you get your protein? Most people immediately think of chicken or protein powder. But there are so many foods that quietly contribute to your daily protein intake. Today’s challenge is to look beyond the obvious. Here are a few ideas: - Cottage cheese - Greek yogurt - Eggs - Edamame - Lentils - Tuna or salmon - Parmesan cheese (a little goes a long way!) - Pumpkin seeds - Milk - Tofu or tempeh Protein isn’t just for athletes. It supports healthy muscles, strength, recovery, metabolism, and helps us stay active so we can continue doing the things God has called us to do. Today’s Challenge Take a look at what you eat today. - How much protein do you think you’re getting? - Could you swap one snack for a higher-protein option? - What’s one protein-rich food you enjoy that others might not think of? Share one of your favorite protein sources in the comments. Your idea might inspire someone else to try something new! As always, remember that wellness is about stewardship, not perfection. Every small step is part of the journey of becoming.
