I am not a fan of every day running, BUT I find it very beneficial when you struggle with showing up and good with finding excuses.

Run 7 days out of 7 this week.๐Ÿ“ Minimum distance: 3 km per run.โœจ Keep it easyโ€”just focus on showing up!
LEVEL 2 โ€“ For Daily Runners ๐Ÿ†
I know we have members who run every day. Time to level up! Add 1 interval session to your week:โšก Example for this week: 2 min FAST / 3 min SLOW x 6 rounds. ( you can do more reps.)
