Same dress. 40lb difference! Ya girl hit her first goal and got under 180. 1st pic I was 220, currently at 177. With that being said…..I needed 1 thing to get cleared for surgery……raise my ferritin by at least 28 points. So this Dextran was right on time!!!!!! These last 10lbs I wanted to lose is going to refill my a$$!!!!!! 😂😂😂😂 DJM…..you see it. I needed this help lol 😂
