Unfortunately, your girl was admitted BACK to the hospital yesterday because I was still having the same issues again! 😩 BUTTTT this time, VIP was ruled out, and the doctor actually feels that it may have aggravated an underlying issue that was already there. So what did they tell me? RESTING TACHYCARDIA. 👀 Basically, resting tachycardia means your heart rate is staying higher than normal while you’re at rest—like when you’re sitting, relaxing, or sleeping and your heart is supposed to be chilling but decides it wants to run a whole marathon. 😂🏃🏽‍♀️💨 The doctor explained that GLP-1 medications can sometimes cause an increase in resting heart rate, which is one reason your healthcare provider may keep asking about your heart rate, pulse, and blood pressure while you’re taking them. For ME, with my dose increasing this week AND introducing something new into my routine, it looks like my body basically said, “Ma’am… ABSOLUTELY NOT.” 😂😂 That triggered the increased heart rate, which then made me anxious, which made my heart rate go EVEN HIGHER… which made it harder to sleep… which made me more anxious… and BAM 💥 — the ultimate domino effect. 😩 So they admitted me, hooked me up to what felt like EVERY MACHINE UNDER THE SUN 😂, monitored me, ran ALLLLLL the tests… and y’all… EVERYTHING CAME BACK PERFECT!!! 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 They couldn’t find any other underlying issue, and your girl is healthy as can be! PRAISE THE LORD!!!! 🙏🏽💕 Because of all of this, I’ve decided to drop the Reta altogether for now and stick with my trusty girl Tirz while I give my body a little BREAK. Hey Everyone!! I wanted to provide an update regarding the Iron Dextran shipment. At this time, the shipment is still on hold in customs, and the tracking has not been updated. The information we've received is that Indian customs is currently updating export policies for packages leaving India. This reportedly follows incidents where some exporters shipped controlled products without properly declaring them, which resulted in customs placing an immediate hold while they review and update their export procedures. Once these updated export policies are finalized, shipments are expected to begin moving again. As of right now, we're continuing to monitor the situation closely. Unfortunately, there is no updated timeline from customs yet, but I'll share any new information as soon as I receive it. Thank you all for your patience and understanding. I know waiting is frustrating, and I truly appreciate everyone's support while this gets sorted out. 💕
