I have done Tesa before and believe it was working. Took a break and now taking it with IPA. This time I am retaining the water and feeling the aches that some mention. What is the ideal dosage?

@Tamika Williams thank you for sharing. I think I am past the retention and the aches finally but waiting to drop the lbs. i am just trying to be patient. I will keep the pickle juice in mind for sure. I always forget about that.
