Starting Out
I’ve been going to the gym for about a month now, and I’m still very new to working out. I’m tall, skinny, and lean, and I’m still trying to figure out a concrete and efficient workout plan. Does anybody have any advice or recommendations on what my workout plan should look like?
(I’m 6’1”, 151lbs, lean, high metabolism, small appetite—if this info helps)
