Now it’s time to show you how the workout really happens 👇 --- 🏋️ BARS = Your Baseline Exam Every member starts with a BARS (Business AI Readiness Score) exam. For now, this is hands-on — we’ll do it together in private sessions until it becomes part of community onboarding. --- 🧭 PT = Your Gap Map + AI Compass Once you’ve got your BARS score, you’re paired with a PT. Think of your PT as your AI fitness coach: 🗺️ Gap Map → shows where you are vs. where you want to be 🧭 AI Compass → keeps you locked on your personal goals 🏋️ AI Workouts → the daily/weekly reps that build strength Your PT makes sure you’re not just lifting — but lifting in the right direction. --- 🔄 REPS = The 90-Day Retake Every 90 days, you’ll cycle back through REPS with your PT: Results – What outcomes did you achieve? Execution – How consistently did you apply AI? Progress – What measurable growth happened? Sustainability – Are these changes built to last?
