Once you’ve got your BARS score, you’re paired with a PT.

Every 90 days, you’ll cycle back through REPS with your PT:
Results – What outcomes did you achieve?
Execution – How consistently did you apply AI?
Progress – What measurable growth happened?
Sustainability – Are these changes built to last?
Each REPS check-in updates your BARS score, so you can actually see your AI strength gains stacking up over time.
