Our 2 Silkies started laying eggs and compared to our leghorns they are tiny little eggs!

We’re not just building a barndominium out here… we’re also building a small feathery empire. Quick flock rundown: New additions: - 2 silkie hens - 4 silkie mix hens - 1 miniature rooster Existing crew: - 7 leghorn hens (we rehomed the leghorn rooster a couple months ago) The silkies have their own dedicated coop now, separate from the leghorns. I’ll drop photos of the new silkie setup and the flock so you can see how they’re living.
