Meet the Silkies (and the OG Leghorn Crew) đ
Weâre not just building a barndominium out here⌠weâre also building a small feathery empire.
Quick flock rundown:
New additions:
- 2 silkie hens
- 4 silkie mix hens
- 1 miniature rooster
Existing crew:
- 7 leghorn hens (we rehomed the leghorn rooster a couple months ago)
The silkies have their own dedicated coop now, separate from the leghorns. Iâll drop photos of the new silkie setup and the flock so you can see how theyâre living.
This forum is for all the âextrasâ that come with land and a barndo: chickens, ducks, goats, dogs, barn cats, whatever youâve got wandering around eating feed and money.
