There are a a lot of tricks in the fitness industry…
Usually with nonsense like…
- Being “beasted” in gym classes that think you’re an athlete and trying to burn as many calories as possible only to be sore, burned out, injured or give up
- cutting carbs and skipping meals or restrictive/binge eating cycles due to a desire to be thin but also dealing with stress and cravings
- or being too busy and missing the gym and your whole routine going out the window because you had to work late or pick the kids up…
