Confidence is a nervous system state - it is so much easier to remove baggage and limiting beliefs if you are regulated. Try implementing a daily practice: 1. Cold exposure or contrast shower A few seconds of cold water trains your body to stay calm under stress, which carries over into daily confidence. 2. Box breathing Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. This signals safety to your nervous system and helps you feel grounded before you step into something big. 3. EFT tapping Tapping calms the stress response while rewiring old beliefs, making it easier to release baggage and embody new, empowering ones. 💛
