It’s very simple. Say you’re gonna do something and do it. Then do that over and over again. The key is to start with LAUGHABLE things like 1 push-up or air squat, or 1min of meditation or 1 less chip/cookie, whatever it is, make it TINY and so easy it would be laughable to not be able to do it. After doing that, over and over, your confidence grows, and guess what?! The number of people to do 1 push-up and then decide to do 10 more is a surprisingly high number! It’s how your nervous system works. Action creates motivation. You don’t have a MOTIVATION problem, you have a STARTING problem. Once you start, your nervous system takes over.
