Confidence is something you’re born with (Truth: It’s a skill you can practice and build like a muscle.) You need to feel confident before you take action (Truth: Action comes first, confidence grows from evidence you can do hard things.) Confident people never feel fear or self-doubt (Truth: They just move forward with fear and self-doubt instead of waiting for them to disappear.) Confidence means being loud and extroverted (Truth: True confidence is quiet and grounded, it’s about presence, not volume.) Confidence comes from achievements (Truth: Achievements help, but lasting confidence comes from self-trust and keeping promises to yourself.) Other people have to validate you for you to feel confident (Truth: External validation fades. Real confidence is built internally.)

What is your favourite tool for regulating your nervous system?
Confidence is a nervous system state - it is so much easier to remove baggage and limiting beliefs if you are regulated. Try implementing a daily practice: 1. Cold exposure or contrast shower A few seconds of cold water trains your body to stay calm under stress, which carries over into daily confidence. 2. Box breathing Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. This signals safety to your nervous system and helps you feel grounded before you step into something big. 3. EFT tapping Tapping calms the stress response while rewiring old beliefs, making it easier to release baggage and embody new, empowering ones. 💛

Shadow Work for Confidence
Confidence often gets buried under old stories and unprocessed baggage. Shadow work helps you clear it. Journal on these prompts to release what is holding you back: 1. What story do I keep telling myself about why I cannot be fully confident? Where did it come from and whose voice is it really? 2. What parts of me have I rejected, hidden, or labeled as “too much”? How might these actually be my biggest strengths? 3. When I imagine my most magnetic and confident self, what beliefs does she hold that I do not yet believe? 4. What would I need to let go of, such as fear, judgment, or perfectionism, to step into that version of me right now? Confidence is not created by force. It rises when you stop carrying baggage that was never yours.
