I Completed My First MURPH 💪🏻
This weekend I did my first ever MURPH at my CrossFit gym!
For those who don’t know, this is a workout that people across the US do on Memorial Day to honor Lieutenant Murphy, who died serving the country years ago.
The MURPH is a workout that he did every Wednesday.
It’s a 1 mile run, followed by 100 pull ups, 200 pushups, 300 air squats and then another mile run to finish it out!
This was the first one I’d ever done, so I was proud of myself of accomplishing something that sounded nearly impossible to me a month ago when I first committed to doing it!
I truly believe testing what you’re truly capable of in every single area of your life, especially physically is one of the best confidence boosters there is.
