Today I was faced with lots of foods that aren’t maybe the best choices, but navigated them with more balance than I normally would have!
For lunch I had ham & a small bun, HALF my plate was salad and asparagus, and a tiny helping of cheesy potatoes.
In the past my plate would have been a couple buns (with butter), lots of ham, big helping of cheesy potatoes, and I’d maybe force myself to have a couple carrots or something. So all in all, a great success!! Dinner was a bit less balanced, but not terrible either.
