Had my formal evaluation today and given some new exercises. Really hoping I can rehab the heck outta this damn herniated disc. In true fashion im pushing the walking as much as I can (since I can’t do much else)…
Week 1: 20 miles
Week 2: 30 miles
Week 3: ~39 miles
This week will undoubtedly be less… because I’m not a huge fan of walking in the rain
