Longest walk
Pushing the mileage and so far the disc is behaving 🥳 Much easier to get good miles in with good company.
I had the pleasure of walking with 2 of the head coaches from the Mtb team (both injured like me)… we chatted and were able to easily whittle the miles away
Then got bonus +2 miles with Spark bc she needed a walk
