wife! I’m a real estate broker but I’m an investor first 😊. I manage our rentals and my goal moving forward is to fully focus on ground up builds.

Where we are with our current ground up duplex projects:

and myself are ironing out a couple of other real estate transactions this month so that we can fully focus on our duplexes. We already have 2 vacant and cleared lots with surveys and we have 1 ready with plans. We will be solidifying the funding and getting permits approved for Q1. I’m hopeful that we should be breaking ground by end of Q1 so we are super excited! We will also try to document everything as well so y'all can keep us accountable 😊. Our plan this year is to build 2 duplexes from the lots we have already started on and pickup 2 more lots/start 2 more duplex projects before end of year!
