Good morning guys! My new build is moving right along. There was a little bit of delays from all the rain we had which is common for spring time. But the foundation has been dug and poured hopefully not this coming week but the following week the block will be installed, which only takes a day. I have an electrician contact who is starting his new build duplex in Willis (Martin). (Every time you think I can save a nice tree, it ends up being in the way somehow… this one is in the middle of a driveway.)
