🍀Already St. Paddy’s Day 🍀 Just yesterday we did a meet up at Top Golf. 🥶Weather is 33 this morning 🥶 What’s up with that?! I have an electrician contact who is starting his new build duplex in Willis (Martin). (Every time you think I can save a nice tree, it ends up being in the way somehow… this one is in the middle of a driveway.) Conroe is taking a little long to get us permits (sadly) but we’ll be starting soon. Let’s set up a meet up again but this time at a project. We will have several coming up. Let’s go! I steal contractors from big box builders around me... I'm always "on the hunt." It works like a charm for a couple of reasons. - Regular framers: Team of 4 will take a couple/few weeks to frame - The dudes I poached: Team of 11! House is framed in and almost dried-in in about 5-6 days!!! It's faster and t's cheaper. Quality you say? Same... Labor? It's actually lower... but why? because they are efficient through volume. The longer you take building, the more expensive the entire project becomes. Let's go! P.S. It's Spring Break and we're on a family trip so we ARE NOT having class tonight.
