Coffee hour is happening in 38 hours
Cold Email that works.
If your cold email doesn’t answer these in 5 seconds, your cooked. 1. “Who is this?” 2. “What do they want from me?” 3. “Is this worth my time?” That’s it. If your email doesn’t answer all 3 in 5 seconds, it’s getting deleted, or ignored. Here’s how to fix that: 1- “Who is this?” > Give them context fast. "We help [role] at [type of company] solve [specific pain]." Bonus: name-drop a similar company or result without bragging. 2- “What do they want?” > Make the ask obvious. No vague “circle back” or “pick your brain” BS. Offer one specific outcome or question: “Want to see how we booked 8 sales calls for a similar agency last month?” 3- -“Is this worth my time?” > De-risk it. Show it’s short and useful. “Happy to send [free thing] if helpful, no strings.” Cold outreach isn’t about sounding impressive, it's about being understood fast. The best emails feel like shortcuts to what the prospect already wants. Let me know how you can use this and or make it better. All this and more discussed in the Coffee hour Next Tuesday. Lest connect there.
