How are you keeping a "Clutter free Mind?" So as we close the week, I have had a sweet and sour week. Some wins and more Losses in terms of focus than I would have wanted. I noticed the guys with the best communities and those making it work seem to be " LOCKED IN" Some days I was locked in on the mission of serving my community and my coaching clients and two days I had some brain fog, was distracted by "Doom scrolling" and definitely did not progress at all. I am curious, what Tools, apps, hacks do you have to keep you on track and focused and doing the work?
