I so love this idea. When I started in the mortgage biz... which seems like 100 years ago, I would send a shoe when I couldn't get someone's attention. With a note, just looking to get a foot in the door - it worked. Lumpy mail works. I also did a series of 20 marketing ideas for agents and sent them a binder to put it in, and then a marketing idea per week to fill the binder. It worked too... Great work
