“B2B Leads” Webby Replay (Lumpy Mail to get AI Automation Clients)
Yo yo!! I had so much fun on today’s webby… especially when I hit play on the real life “coffee date” close… The poor Scottish guy was putty in my hands. Mwa ha ha!!! (spoiler alert its towards the end) Please enjoy the replay. I have never seen a better “whale” harpooning marketing method. If you are gonna commit and go hard at this? These are the numbers you want to aim for: - $50 per send - 75% contact rate - 1 in 3 book in - $150 per coffee date - $300-$600 per CLOSED CLIENT - $750 “Skin in game” fee How do I know it’s possible? Been doing it the last 8 weeks myself, and it’s CRUSHIN’ Links mentioned: Sales Wingman https://app.saleswingman.ai/free-lite B2B Leads Lumpy Mail training: https://www.skool.com/b2b-gifts/classroom/2cfd380d?md=c62a7d573e2a4852863185b7252232db (includes resources) Out of interest, who is headed to the High Level event in Dallas 26th - 30th this year? I am thinking about putting together a little B2B Leads Lab client getting shindig on a few days beforehand Lemme know below Here for ya! -D

The TRUTH about client acquisition
Most peeps trying to land clients right now are firing off hundreds of cold emails a day… and refreshing their inbox like a slot machine. Two replies if they're lucky… and one of 'em says "delete my email" It is a SLOG. Whenever you’re having to SLOG… You likely have SLOW SALES Anytime I have been slogging away at something… I know I’ve messed up! This is a dangerous place to be. Businesses die in the slog. Either you run outta cash or you run outta steam. When the pressure builds… and things aren’t working… Most peeps will SLOG HARDER. “Just do more” as Hormozi preaches. Insanity is what I call that. If something isn’t working, the fix is NOT slogging harder. It’s changing the game. When Google changed its algo and destroyed the Rank & Rent model overnight… I switched over to lead generation. When the retainer model became a pain in the backside to deliver on… I created the Pay Per Lead model that allowed me to charge 3-5X markups on EACH of my leads. This became my first 7-figure biz. When ad costs rose, margins got squeezed… I pivoted to AI before it was trendy - and that biz has generated us multiple 7-figures. SO… I like to think I am pretty good at spotting trends and riding the wave? Client acquisition is in a similar space. It is a SLOG. Trust has tanked. Inboxes are fuller than ever before. Fewer peeps are even REPLYING to outreach messages (and when they do, they are skeptical as hell) Instead, the winning client acq strategies in 2026 are able to: 1. BUILD trust 2. SKIP the inbox and get opened 3. MOTIVATE them to reply positively Figure this out and you will never run out of leads. Dan

Another client closed from "Whisky/Wine" Direct Mail
We are heating up baby!! @Johnny Roberts posted the below last night. 75 bottles sent 4th client closed in our brand new "Adventure park" AI automation agency I would say another 7-8 coffee dates in the immediate pipeline. Think we will end up on 10 closed clients from this batch. Probably more... I am never going to leave these 75 alone until they tell me to "fuck off". Seriously... that's why we build an dream 100 list. Total cost to send? About $4,000 Current cost per client = $4,000/4 = $1000 Projected cost per client = $4,000/10 = $400 Average earnings per client per month? I would hope around $3K/m because a lot of these clients have multiple locations Not MASSIVE earnings per client One the webby yesterday (watch here) I explained why this is not the best niche for the "offer of the century"... and what some better niches might be. It's defo PAINFULLY slow right now... but we are gaining momentum. Here for ya! -D

Watch me close a PRE-sold lumpy mail lead (so easy)
I blame being Aussie for this but I have NEVER been able to do the hard sell thing... So I was THRILLED to figure out a way to make the close basically irrelevant. It all started by sending lumpy mail. And after taking a bunch of calls with these leads… …I realised something kinda embarrassing. These leads weren’t ANYTHING like what I’m used to. They were HAPPY we got in touch with ‘em. They were EXCITED to get on a call. …and when it came to the close… that was the easy bit! Comically easy in fact Which has meant we've closed 5 adventure park clients now with many more in the pipeline. To show ya how easy it is… I've pulled a clip from the tail end of a real call, right where I make the "pitch" and the prospect says yes. If you watch it expecting a masterclass in persuasion, you will be disappointed!! All the "persuasion" stuff happened WAY before the coffee date. It happens when they open the box… When they read the letter… And when they realise nobody has ever done this to 'em before. By the time we're on a call together, I'm basically just asking "so, shall we then?" Clip's below for proof. ❓Question for you: Where are ya at… Do ya crush sales already… Or does this get you excited… now that you will be able to close prospects who ACTUALLY want to speak with you? 👇 Dan P.S If you think outside the box… you'll see how this could be used to sell LITERALLY anything. AI Automation is just ONE example You could sell media buying… copywriting… pitch your startup idea to investors… POS systems… insurance… SaaS… anything with a decently high price point would clean up Because this is bar NONE the best cold traffic client-acquisition strategy in 2026
