SUBniched letter gets in front of £50M+ CEOs (want it?)
SUBniching is the key to bigger response rates in cold outreach. Earlier this year, we tested Home Services. Huge niche. LOTS of SUB niches. We narrowed down on Windows & Doors. Sent about 20 bottles… all to firms doing between £5m - £50m. 5 replied - giving us a 25% response rate (all CEOs & Sales Directors) We ended up switching to the Adventure Park niche and paused the campaigns… But I think we coulda landed a bunch of juicy clients in this space. Why am I telling ya this? Well, the letter we wrote was pretty nifty, specific to W&D folks - hitting on their pain points and pitching our solutions that solve them It worked off a simple structure that can easily be templated… reworked for any niche you’re targeting. If you want a copy of this letter… Comment “LETTER” we’ll shoot it over to ya so you can MODEL it. (Keyword: Model lol, please don’t swipe word for word) Dan

Turn cold calls into WARM calls w/ some LEAD LUBE
When it comes to cold outreach, it’s got one YUGE problem. They have no idea who the heck you are. Even with lumpy mail crushing it for us… There’s still that tiny window where the prospect opens the box and thinks… “Who the hell is this person?” Now… the letter does its job. The gift does its job. But imagine if they ALREADY recognised your name before the box even landed. My hunch is that results will be WAY higher. So that’s what we’re building. A LinkedIn tool that will automatically connect with your prospect BEFORE the gift arrives And start building that relationship immediately So when they open that package… You’re not a cold, nameless agency anymore You’re that person they just connected with :-) Now… 👉🏻 Some fun work for ya if you’re up for it? IF we know how to “lube up” leads… So MORE responses… And having them PLEASED to reply becomes a usual occurrence for us… Where ELSE might this “Lead Lube” strategy help? Dan

We’ve Been Quietly Building a LinkedIn Client-Getting BEAST…
Most LinkedIn automation tools have one special talent: Making you sound like a robot wearing a cheap human costume. “Hey Dan, I noticed Flexxable helps businesses…” I get a GAZLLION of these every month… and they all go straight into the delete pile So we decided to build something different. You connect your LinkedIn account… Choose what kinda person you want to target… And the system handles the BORING repetitive stuff for you. It sends the connection request. Waits around 24 hours after they accept. Sends your first message. Then follows up if they don’t reply. You can upload leads from your own CSV… Or search Topa’s AI-driven 350M+ lead database using keywords. Whichever way you wanna build your "Dream 100" list, when it comes to automating your outreach to the people on it... The big difference with what we're doing here? Is SAFETY. The system uses conservative daily limits, randomised timing, and location-matched routing designed to keep your activity looking natural. No firing 400 requests before breakfast… Then wondering why LinkedIn drop-kicked your account into the sun. And replies go to YOU. Because the goal isn’t to let AI have awkward conversations on your behalf - the BEST results will always come from human to human But what we CAN do… …is to remove the boring prospecting work… So you can spend your time speaking with interested biz owners and landing clients. We’re also bundling in lead ranking and an ad-spend checker… Helping you quickly spot which prospects may be worth contacting first. We’re still putting the finishing touches on everything. But it’s coming soon. And if you want more qualified conversations… And automate building your personal brand… Without living inside LinkedIn all day… Comment "GIMME" if ya want priority access when it comes out - might add something to 'sweeten the deal' if enough ppl are interested too Dan

I started out using the lessons from Jack earlier this year. It went somewhat well but not many of those I reached out to turned into coffee dates, which is not the fault of Jack...I think I just didn't follow through well enough. It is still viable, but maybe the tool you are coming out with will help do it at scale to get more out there to work with than individually messaging potential prospects for providing AI solutions.

Just getting into this off the webinar. Excited to learn to tactics and ideas to make what I’m doing better!
