About me
Hi, I’m Lissete I currently serve in the U.S. Army and I’m also the founder of Her Force Collective, a faith-driven community created to encourage, uplift, and connect women. My faith is at the center of my life and leadership, and I’m passionate about building spaces where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to walk boldly in their purpose.
As I prepare to transition out of the Army, I’m working toward starting a business that reflects my values and calling, while continuing to grow as a leader who serves with impact. I believe leadership is about influence, not position, and I want to leave a lasting impact both in and out of uniform.
