Been doing some form of basic calisthenics. But consistently wasn't my middle name.
Hopefully finding this community will help even better as I prefer home workout mostly.
Anyway, talk to maker, coach, and wow, never expected him to reach to me. Or faster than most app or other community on fitness.
Hopefully I can get stronger, leaner, skill, and then mobility. Without all the pain. Lol.
