This week we’re continuing Working With Your Spirit Team — Part One by exploring: When Spirit Snags Your Attention Signs, Symbols, Synchronicities & the Everyday Language of Guidance This week is all about the way Spirit may communicate through ordinary life — not just in meditation, but through the moments that catch your awareness. A song.A dream.A repeated number.A feather.A butterfly.A word that keeps appearing.A sudden body sensation.A nudge to pause, wait, call someone, or pay attention. We’re calling these moments snags. A snag is when something interrupts your normal flow just enough for you to notice: “That felt significant.” This week’s practice is the Snag Journal — noticing what naturally catches your attention without hunting for signs or forcing meaning. The key distinction for the week is: A sign usually lands. A story usually needs building. So this week, we’re practising asking, releasing, living, noticing, and reflecting. Week 3 is now available inside Spirit House Sessions with the post, video, and practice. I’d love to hear what snags your attention this week. 🪷
