This week isn’t about forcing a big experience or needing to know exactly who is around you.
It’s about noticing:
- what your own field feels like first
- what shifts when you invite a guide closer
- how your Spirit team may first make themselves known
- what you notice before, during, or after the meditation
Go slowly with this one.
Let it be simple.
Sometimes the smallest shift is where the relationship begins.
