AuDHD Adulting is a supportive parent community created by Donna Barwald and Beth Rosenfeld - two longtime friends, educators and parents who've navigated their children's late-diagnosed autistic journeys firsthand. We help families launch their autistic/AuDHD teens and young adults with a safety net of supports. Inside Skool, you'll find parenting guidance, weekly support groups, meetups, Q&A sessions, and a welcoming space to connect with others who understand. Our 30-minute intro course and 8-week California parent program provide practical tools for building independent living skills, navigating services, and reducing bureaucratic overwhelm. With family coaching, curated resources, recommended books, and lived experience across ASD, ADHD, OCD, PDA, ARFID, anxiety, depression, dyslexia and gender diversity, we help families move forward with clarity, confidence and connection.
