I first met Sierra in Peru in 2022, and she has gone on to influence and impact my life in a huge way. I recently completed her Quantum Facilitator training, and it guided me to feel confident, grounded and in control of what I want to do as a leader. Sierra holds an effortless capability to shine a light on you and make you see things for what they truly are - in your capacity to complete. I recently completed a program with Sierra through Quantum Leadership, and I truly loved the experience. Every time we met, she showed such a deep commitment to our growth. The way she teaches, blending depth, clarity, and so much humanity really stood out to me. She’s professional, empathetic, grounded, and she carries a calm, inspiring presence that naturally invites you to rise into your own leadership. One of my favourite parts was how she integrated yoga into the program. She introduced it in such a unique and accessible way, connecting every concept of leadership back to the body, the breath, and presence. It made everything feel so relatable and deeply embodied, not just something to understand intellectually. I was also really impressed by how she connected with each participant individually. She has this gift for honouring your uniqueness your essence, your leadership style, and the mission you’re here to share with the world and she does it with so much integrity. I’m grateful to have experienced this journey with her and to be connected with Atman Academy.

Learning from Sierra is truly a gift. Since completing my YTT with her, I’ve taken other trainings and nothing has compared to the experience she creates. She teaches far beyond what I could have ever conceptualized, shaping real leaders who see well past the surface of the practices. Sierra nurtures her students with so much care, yet somehow always knows exactly when to encourage us to reach a little farther and learn a little more. Practicing and training with her feels like being guided by a fountain of knowledge, one that never stops studying, growing, and generously sharing. If you have the chance to learn from her, take it. I met Sierra at a retreat she hosted in Peru. I was so impressed by her ability to gather incredible humans, but even more so by her knowledge.
