Truly in love with how this experience turned out. I used to imagine what my YTT would be like whenever I had the opportunity to do it. In my vision it was in a beautiful/peaceful place, with a wonderful teacher — and in my reality, that teacher was Sierra, I am truly grateful to have learned from you. The way Sierra explains everything and then embodies the practices makes it really natural to remember, at the same time as a woman she's such an example of empowerment and how to use it to be a leader. The whole experience was worth it, it happened when it had to happen in my life and I'm truly grateful it was with Atman Academy. And blessed with such a lovely group I got to share it with! ✨
