I’d like to share my app.
This app helps answer a simple question you may have already been asked.
For exemple:
“How do I view my SLA on the portal?”
“Who is handling my ticket?”
“What is the ticket priority?
After years hearing it, I thougth!
Why not solve this the rigth way?
With it, SLAs, assignees, and custom fields appear directly in the JSM portal without automations and without artificial comments.
If you've ever faced this problem, now you have a simple and native solution.
With it, you can:
Display custom fields on the portal;
Show SLA to the requester;
Resolve Assets fields (show label, not just ID);
Control visibility by request type/project;
